I am a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist, life coach, licensed Master NLP practitioner and Reiki Master. I qualified with the Irish Institute of Counselling & Hypnotherapy and the Irish
Institute of NLP.

Since 1998 I have been working in private practice with clients with a broad range of issues.

I work with people of all ages who may be feeling stuck but need some help to make those changes, who want to improve their confidence, self esteem and belief in themselves and who suffer from eating disorders, stress and depression., and who want to move forward with their lives. I also help people deal with:

  • Motivation

  • Career Change
  • Goal Setting
  • Fears and phobias (e.g: anxiety; wedding nerves; fear of public speaking; fear of flying;
  • motorway/dual carriageway driving; panic attacks;

I do this by providing people with listening ear and a calm space to explore their life, and help them start
the process of motivation for change by introducing them to a set of tools and asking more empowering
questions to get more empowering answers for themselves.

For example I recently worked with Paul who was terrified of flying and who now needed to travel a lot
for business – after four sessions he is now travelling regularly on long haul flights – stress free.

I worked with John who was very anxious about his wedding speech – after four sessions and using self
hypnosis and NLP techniques in between sessions – he felt very relaxed and confident about the event.
He spoke clearly and calmly on the day and was delighted with the progress that he made.

As well as one to one sessions I also regularly run workshops on stress management, improving
confidence and self esteem, personal development and “be your own life coach”.

I passionately believe in empowering my clients with the tools to make the changes necessary in their
lives and I also believe that it is never too late to make the changes that you want and that we all have
the resources within in ourselves to make those changes.
