For the past 20 years Karen has been working  in private practice and helping clients with a broad range of issues.  

She works with people of all ages who want to improve their confidence, self esteem and belief in themselves  so that they can move forward and live the life they want. 

She also helps people to:

  • Overcome depression
  • Manage stress more effectively
  • Overcome fears and phobias (e.g fear of flying; fear of public speaking; fear of motorway/dual carriageway driving)
  • Life Changes  (e.g relationships; career; retirement)

She does this by providing people with a listening ear and a calm space to explore their life, and help them start the process of motivation for change by introducing them to a set of tools and asking more empowering questions to get more empowering answers for themselves. 

She passionately believes  in empowering her clients with the tools to make the changes necessary in their lives and also believes that it is never too late to make the changes that you want and that everyone has the resources within in themselves to make those changes.   

Karen is a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist, life coach, licensed Master NLP practitioner and Reiki Practitioner. She trained with the Irish Institute of Counselling & Hypnotherapy and the Irish Institute of NLP.

I worked with Paul who was terrified of flying and who now needed to travel a lot for business – after four sessions he is now travelling regularly on long haul flights – stress free.
