NLP was founded by Richard Bandler and John Grindler in the early seventies.

N: Neuro– The Brain
L: Linguistic– The language we use
P: Programming– Our patterns both behavioural and mental




NLP is a set of psychological tools which you can you use in your daily life to help
bring about self development and change. It can really make a difference in your
life. With NLP you can begin tochange self limiting beliefs and behaviours
andovercome fears and phobias.


Research has proven that NLP is very effective in helping people to make permanent
and lasting changes in their lives and achieve their goals faster than other
conventional therapies.
